Production Process
From raw material to finished product



Raw Material Selection & Sourcing
We source premium quality timber from certified sustainable forests. All wood undergoes rigorous inspection for quality, moisture content, and structural integrity. Our procurement team maintains relationships with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Log Preparation & Peeling
Logs are debarked and cut to optimal lengths before being loaded into our rotary lathes. The peeling process creates continuous veneer sheets with uniform thickness, which forms the foundation of our plywood products. Advanced sensors ensure consistent veneer quality throughout the process.
Drying & Conditioning
Veneer sheets are carefully dried in our temperature and humidity-controlled kilns to achieve optimal moisture content (typically 8-12%). This critical step prevents warping, ensures structural stability, and prepares the veneers for adhesive application. Our automated systems monitor and adjust conditions in real-time.
Grading & Quality Check
Each veneer sheet is inspected and graded based on appearance, grain pattern, and structural quality. Defects are identified and removed, while premium sheets are reserved for face veneers. Our quality control team uses both automated vision systems and manual inspection to ensure only the best materials proceed to assembly.
Gluing & Lay-up
High-quality adhesives designed to meet international emission standards are applied uniformly to veneer sheets. Veneers are then arranged in alternating grain directions to maximize strength and minimize warping. The number of plies and their orientation is determined by the product specification.
Hot Pressing
Assembled panels are subjected to high temperature and pressure in our modern hot press machines. This process cures the adhesive and bonds the layers into a solid, uniform panel. Precise control of temperature, pressure, and duration ensures optimal bonding and structural integrity.
Trimming & Sanding
Pressed panels are trimmed to standard sizes using precision saws that ensure perfect right angles and clean edges. Surfaces are then sanded to achieve the desired smoothness and consistency. Multiple sanding stages with progressively finer grits create a surface ready for finishing or direct use.
Final Inspection & Testing
Every panel undergoes comprehensive quality testing including visual inspection, dimensional accuracy checks, moisture content measurement, and structural strength tests. Samples from each batch are tested for bending strength, bonding quality, and emission levels to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
Packaging & Dispatch
Finished products are carefully packaged to protect against moisture and physical damage during transport. Each package is clearly labeled with product specifications, batch numbers, and handling instructions. Our logistics team ensures safe and timely delivery to customers across India and international markets.
